Get Free Technical Support

Want to get great support? Follow these steps:

Follow the guidelines below when requesting technical support. ProcessModel offers free technical support for users operating the latest release of ProcessModel, and are current with Maintenance & Support*. Contact support with the following information:

  1. Clearly state your question or problem.
  2. Email us your model with the problem area highlighted. Always create a model package (File \ Save).
  3. ProcessModel recommends that each module (complex logical scenario) of a model should be created, and tested separately first, this is to ensure the module works properly. Once tested, implementing the module on the main model will be easy and error free. A copy of the module model.
  4. Try to present one issue or question at a time whenever possible. This will help to resolve your problem quickly.
  5. Technical support does not include model building, or training.
