ProcessModel Expert Training

This is the Special Forces training of ProcessModel. A training that is reserved for the best of the best modelers that are required to accomplish substantial process improvement in short periods of time. You will learn how to create models of difficult systems with hands on experience and advanced learning techniques. This class is designed to not only create huge gains in modeling skill, but to also to help you be certain your models behave just like the real system. In addition, you will walk away with nine new model objects used to reduce time in building future models.

What Will I Get From Training?

You will learn:

  • How to quickly and effectively model the most complex systems
  • Detailed use of action logic and how to test that logic to assure 100% correct behavior
  • How to assure that your model will behave like the system being modeled.
  • How to quickly spot and correct problems in your model

Should I Attend?

You should attend if:

  • You want dramatically improve your modeling capability and learn ways of combining constructs in ProcessModel to shorten the time to model and increase results.
  • You want to learn to truly understand action logic. You will learn techniques to design, write and check you logic.
  • You are working on a valuable project that requires excellence in modeling and performance.

This course is perfect for:

  • Six sigma black belts and master black belts
  • Lean masters
  • Operations Research Engineers
  • Process Excellence Consultants
  • Operations Research Engineers

How do I Prepare for Training?

Prerequisites for this training are ProcessModel Basics I and Basics II with at least one modeling project completed. You must have excellent computer skills and be prepared to devote two full days and one evening to complete the course work. If you are not sure if your are ready for expert training, call and we will provide a free assessment.

What Have Past Attendees Said?

”Excellent instruction and software.”

”Undoubtedly, the best class I’ve ever taken! Low investment, huge return, both for the company and me personally.”
