ProcessModel Basics III Training

What is Expert training?

ProcessModel Expert training is the final piece you need to master you models.  This is the Special Forces training of ProcessModel.  This course is reserved for the best modelers that are required to accomplish substantial process improvement in short periods of time.  You will learn how to create models of difficult systems with hands on experience and advanced learning techniques.

If you have the learned the skills from Basics I and Basics II, and want to be certain that your models behave just like your real system, this course is for you.  Projects managers, operations engineers, process and quality engineers, Six Sigma green belts and black belts, and executive involved in process management would benefit from this course.
