Technical Support
ProcessModel offers free technical support for all versions of
the current major release except academic versions*. Support is
provided by phone, email and is limited to providing help with installation
issues, troubleshooting error messages, providing basic understanding
of features such as functions, statements, distributions, etc.,
and high level action logic trouble shooting. Model building and
in depth logic troubleshooting is not included in free technical
support (please click here to learn about our model
building services). When available, samples showing different
modeling techniques will be provided free of charge in order to
demonstrate ways the software can be used.
Want to know how to get great support… follow these steps:
- Clearly state your question or problem.
- Send your model with the problem area highlighted.
Always create a model package.
- Multiple questions will take longer to resolve so present one question at a time whenever possible.

your questions from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Standard/Daylight
Time, Monday through Friday, except U.S. holidays.
* Because of the extremely low cost of academic software, ProcessModel,
Inc. will not offer technical support to users of academic software.
Students using an academic version must contact their instructor
for technical support. The instructor may contact ProcessModel's
Technical Support if they are unable to resolve the problem.
