ProcessModel Shipping Policy

All valid orders received before 1:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT -7) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the following business day.

A valid order is an order placed by a company purchase order or by credit card. In the case of a credit card order, funds must be successfully authorized on the card you provided for payment. If the credit card you have provide is declined for any reason, you will be notified of the problem. Your order will not ship until we received a successful authorization.

As a standard ProcessModel ships product to the United States and Canada via FedEx second day air. Orders shipped to other location outside of the United State and Canada are shipped using DHL.

At the time of order you may request that ProcessModel ship product using an alternate carrier. ProcessModel will attempt to honor such requests, but cannot guarantee that the order ship as requested.

ProcessModel may ship products using an alternate carrier at its sole discretion.

ProcessModel will invoice or charge to your credit card the cost of shipping the product ordered according to our established shipping rates.

All shipping charges, import taxes and fees and other VAT fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. ProcessModel will not, under any circumstance, accept responsibility for any fees assessed by shipping carriers or other agencies in the delivery of your order.
