ProcessModel Returns Policy
ProcessModel, Inc. will accept returns in accordance with
the following guidlines.
Software Purchases
ProcessModel, Inc. guarentees that you will be satisified with
the result you receive from using our software. If you are unhappy
with the software, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase
price of the software within one year of the date of purchase. In
order to receive a refund, you must have attended ProcessModel Basics
I training. ProcessModel will only refund the cost of the software
and will not refund the cost of the training or any associate travel
expenses. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for returned product.
Academic Purchases
ProcessModel, Inc. does not accept returns from academic
instituions or students for the materials purchased. Should
and error have occurred in processing your order, ProcessModel
will, at its own expense, ship you the correct materials.
University bookstores may not return unused materials. University
bookstores may exhange older software purchased from ProcessModel,
Inc. with the current release.
Training and Consulting Purchases
Onsite training fees are for services rendered at the time training
is provided. ProcessModel, Inc. will not refund onsite training
fees after the training has been completed. ProcessModel, Inc. further
stipulates that it will not refund any travel or other expenses
associated with training attendance.
Purchases of Training Vouchers are not refundable. Vouchers may
be used for the selected course and training level within one year
of the purchase of the voucher. Training Vouchers are applicable
to the cost of training fees only. Any travel associated with the
training is the responsiblity of the voucher holder.
Fees for process improvement skills certification testing
will not be refunded. Should you fail to successfully pass
the test to be certified, you will need pay the fees once
more in order take the test.
Consulting fees will not be refunded.
Manual and Book Purchases
Manuals must be returned to ProcessModel, Inc. in sellable
condition in order to receive a refund of the purchase price.
Manuals that have been damaged by the user of during shipping
will not be eligible for refund.
Other Purchases
ProcessModel, Inc. will use its discretion in determining
the validity of return claims for other purchases. ProcessModel,
Inc. reserves the right to place reasonable conditions on
returned product. Outdated materials cannot be returned.
